Amend CSSB 1100 as follows:
      (1)  Add the following new section in the appropriate
location and renumber subsequent sections appropriately:
      "SECTION ____.  Section 20, The Real Estate License Act
(Article 6573a, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes), is amended by
adding a new subsection (d) to read as follows:
      (d)  This section does not apply to agreements between
licensees to share compensation.  This section does not limit a
cause of action between brokers for interference of business
relationships."
