Amend CSSB 1105 as follows:
      In SECTION 2 of the bill, amend Section 84.004, Civil
Practice and Remedies Code, by adding a new Subsection (e) to read
as follows:
      (e)  If the person signing the written statement required
under Subsection (b) does not understand English, the written
statement must be provided in a language the person understands.
