Amend CSSB 1301 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, strike Subsection (d) of added
Section 443.015,Government Code (House Committee Printing, Page 1,
lines 19-22), and substitute the following:
      (d)  The revenue collected from meters installed under this
section shall be deposited in the Capitol fund.
      (2)  Strike SECTION 10 of the bill and renumber the remaining
sections accordingly.
