Amend CSSB 1490 by adding the following appropriately
numbered section and renumbering existing sections appropriately:
      SECTION ______. Section 302.043, Labor Code, is amended by
adding Subsection (c) to read as follows:
      (c)  The division shall ensure that a local workforce
development board receives training under Subsection (a)  before
the board begins to manage the delivery of child-care services.
