Amend SB 1539 on third reading as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 7 of the bill (House Committee Report, page
12, line 19), strike "(1) family homes;" and substitute the
following:
            (1)  registered family homes;
      (2)  In SECTION 7 of the bill (House Committee Report, page
22, lines 16-18), strike the words "The operator of a registered
home must display the registration in a prominent place at the
home." and insert the following:
      "The operator of a registered home is not required to display
the registration in a prominent place but shall make the listing
available for examination."
