Amend SB 1596 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 6 of the bill, after proposed Subsection
312.211(g), (introduced version, page 8, between lines 17 and 18),
insert a new Subsection 312.211(h) to read as follows:
      (h)  a school district may not enter into a tax abatement
agreement under this section.
      (2)  Strike Sections 8 and 9 (introduced version, page 9,
line 2 through page 10, line 21), and renumber subsequent sections
of the bill accordingly.
