Amend SB 1598 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, after proposed Section
2310.010, Government Code, (introduced version, between page 4,
line 27 and page 5, line 1) insert a new Section 2310.011 to read
as follows:
      Sec. 2310.011.  EXPIRATION.  The task force is abolished and
this Act expires September 1, 2003.
