Amend SB 1676 as follows;
      On page 1, line 21, by deleting the words "of one-half".
      On page 1, line 22, delete the word "each" and delete the
word "year" and insert the word "years".
      On page 1, line 25, delete the word "one" and insert the word
"two".
      On page 1, line 25, delete the word "member" and insert the
word "members".
      On page 1, line 27, delete the word "member", insert the word
"members".
      On page 1, line 27, delete the word "one" and insert the word
"two".
      On page 1, line 28, delete the word "person" and insert the
word "persons".
