Amend SB 1697 on 3rd reading as follows:
      Page 2, line 27 delete "activities undertaken by a
municipality under Chapter 373, Local Government Code" and insert
the following language:
"or urban renewal activities undertaken by municipalities and
authorized under Chapter 373 and Chapter 374 of the Texas Local
Government Code."
