Amend Committee Amendment No. 1 to SB 1752 as follows:
      On page 35, strike lines 3-4 (house committee report
printing) and substitute the following:
            (1)  On page 4, line 12, between "(a)" and "Each",
insert "For a purchase of goods and services under this chapter,".
