Amend House Committee Amendment to SB 1774 to read as
follows:
      Amend SB 1774 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1, sec 5 (11), delete the words "an
emergency" and substitute the word "a".
      (2)  At the end of the subsection, after the word "these
delete the word "emergency".
