Amend CSSB 1873 by adding a new Section ____ and renumbering
subsequent sections accordingly:
      SECTION ____.  Section 42.153(a), Education Code, is amended
to read as follows:
      (a)  For each student in average daily attendance in a
bilingual education or special language program under Subchapter B,
Chapter 29, a district is entitled to an annual allotment equal to
the adjusted basic allotment multiplied by 0.2 <0.1>.
