SRC-TNM H.B. 2784 75(R) BILL ANALYSIS Senate Research Center H.B. 2784 By: Denny (Sibley) State Affairs 5-16-97 Engrossed DIGEST Currently, Section 145.036, Election Code, outlines the process for filling a vacancy in a nomination of a political party.
