Education Code by changing the year of reference in the formula that
establishes the minimum number of days of service required to be served by
a teacher for a school year.

PURPOSE

As proposed, C.S.S.B. 1893 corrects a recodification error in the
Education Code by changing the year of reference in the formula that

This bill does not grant any additional rulemaking authority to a state
officer, institution, or agency.
