HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

 1-1           WHEREAS, April 1, 1997, was indeed a special day for David

 1-2     Mitchell and Macy DeEtte Satterwhite of Bastrop, for it was on that

 1-3     day that they became the proud parents of a handsome son, Jordan

 1-4     Mitchell Satterwhite; and

 1-5           WHEREAS, Born at 4:31 p.m. at Seton Hospital in Austin, he

 1-6     weighed in at eight pounds and measured 20 inches in length; and

 1-7           WHEREAS, Jordan is the grandson of Jim and Kay Schreier and

 1-8     Fred and Mary Satterwhite, and they join the many other friends and

 1-9     relatives of Mr. and Mrs. Satterwhite in welcoming this

1-10     irresistible little boy into their family; and

1-11           WHEREAS, Blessed with personality and charm, this fine young

1-12     Texan has indeed brightened the lives of everyone around him, and

1-13     he is a tremendous source of joy and delight to his family and many

1-14     new admirers; now, therefore, be it

1-15           RESOLVED, That the 75th Legislature of the State of Texas

1-16     hereby officially welcome Jordan Mitchell Satterwhite as a new

1-17     citizen of Texas and extend sincere congratulations to Mitchell and

1-18     Macy Satterwhite on the birth of their beloved son; and, be it

1-19     further

1-20           RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be

1-21     prepared for Jordan, his parents, and his entire family as an

1-22     expression of high regard by the Texas House of Representatives and

1-23     Senate.
