                             HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

 1-1           WHEREAS, H.B. 1144 has been adopted by the house of

 1-2     representatives and the senate; and

 1-3           WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that needs

 1-4     correction; now, therefore, be it

 1-5           RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the house of

 1-6     representatives be hereby instructed to make the following

 1-7     correction:

 1-8                 In Section 2 of the bill, in Section 4B(d), Texas

 1-9     Structural Pest Control Act (Article 135b-6, Vernon's Texas Civil

1-10     Statutes), as amended by the bill, between "establishment" and the

1-11     semicolon, insert ", other than a restaurant, retail food, or food

1-12     service establishment".
