                             HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

 1-1           WHEREAS, House Bill 39 has been adopted by the house of

 1-2     representatives and the senate; and

 1-3           WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be

 1-4     corrected; now, therefore, be it

 1-5           RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the house of

 1-6     representatives be hereby instructed to make the following

 1-7     corrections:

 1-8                 (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in Section 21.403(d)(3),

 1-9     Labor Code, as added by the bill, strike "the information is

1-10     provided by the Texas Department of Health" and substitute "the

1-11     information is provided to the Texas Department of Health".

1-12                 (2)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in Section 3(d)(3),

1-13     Article 9031, Revised Statutes, as added by the bill, strike "the

1-14     information is provided by the Texas Department of Health" and

1-15     substitute "the information is provided to the Texas Department of

1-16     Health".
