HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

 1-1           WHEREAS, House Bill No. 2101 has been adopted by the house of

 1-2     representatives and the senate; and

 1-3           WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be

 1-4     corrected; now, therefore, be it

 1-5           RESOLVED by the 75th Legislature of the State of Texas, That

 1-6     the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be hereby

 1-7     instructed to correct House Bill No. 2101 in proposed Section

 1-8     545.251(c), Transportation Code, as added by the Senate Committee

 1-9     Substitute and amended by Senate Floor Amendment No. 1, by striking

1-10     "or a flagger warns of the approach or passage of a train" and

1-11     substituting "or a flagger warning of the approach or passage of a

1-12     train".
