HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

 1-1           WHEREAS, House Bill No. 723 has been adopted by the house of

 1-2     representatives and the senate; and

 1-3           WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be

 1-4     corrected; now, therefore, be it

 1-5           RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the house of

 1-6     representatives be hereby instructed to correct House Bill No. 723

 1-7     in SECTION 1 of the bill, at the end of proposed Section

 1-8     6.08(c)(6), Medical Liability and Insurance Improvement Act of

 1-9     Texas (Article 4590i, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes), immediately

1-10     after the semicolon by inserting "and".
