                             HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

 1-1           WHEREAS, House Bill No. 1856 has been adopted by the house of

 1-2     representatives and the senate and is being prepared for

 1-3     enrollment; and

 1-4           WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be

 1-5     corrected; now, therefore, be it

 1-6           RESOLVED by the 75th Legislature of the State of Texas, That

 1-7     the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed

 1-8     to correct House Bill No. 1856, in the SECTION of the bill added by

 1-9     Senate Floor Amendment No. 1, by striking "Section 415.062,

1-10     Government Code, ia amended to read as follows:

1-11           Sec. 415.062.  PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT AND PROFICIENCY

1-12     CERTIFICATES." and substituting "Section 415.062(a), Government

1-13     Code, is amended to read as follows:".
