HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

 1-1           WHEREAS, H.B. No. 1212 has been adopted by the house of

 1-2     representatives and the senate; and

 1-3           WHEREAS, The bill contains technical and typographical errors

 1-4     that need correction; now, therefore, be it

 1-5           RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the house of

 1-6     representatives be hereby instructed to make the following

 1-7     corrections:

 1-8           (1)  In Section 1.02 of the bill, in Article 26.02, Insurance

 1-9     Code, in Subdivision (13), as renumbered by the bill, strike "a

1-10     small employers" and substitute "small employers".

1-11           (2)  In Section 1.02 of the bill, in Article 26.02, Insurance

1-12     Code, in Subdivision (25), as renumbered by the bill, strike "a

1-13     calendar period or which" and substitute "a calendar period for

1-14     which".

1-15           (3)  In Section 1.02 of the bill, in Article 26.02, Insurance

1-16     Code, in Subdivision (29), as renumbered and amended by the bill,

1-17     strike "to subchapters C-G of this chapter" and substitute "to

1-18     Subchapters C-G of this chapter".

1-19           (4)  In Section 1.05 of the bill, in Article 26.06, Insurance

1-20     Code, in Subsection (c), as relettered by the bill, strike "payroll

1-21     addiction method" and substitute "payroll deduction method".

1-22           (5)  In Section 1.06 of the bill, strike "Art. 26.13. TEXAS

1-23     HEALTH BENEFITS PURCHASING COOPERATIVE."

1-24           (6)  In Section 1.07 of the bill, in Article 26.14(a),

 2-1     Insurance Code, as amended by the bill, strike "a nonprofit

 2-2     cooperation" and substitute "a nonprofit corporation".

 2-3           (7)  In Section 2.01 of the bill, in Article 26.87(c),

 2-4     Insurance Code, as added by the bill, strike "in the geographic

 2-5     service are" and substitute "in the geographic service area".

 2-6           (8)  In Section 2.01 of the bill, in Article 26.87(c),

 2-7     Insurance Code, as added by the bill, strike "before the fifty

 2-8     anniversary" and substitute "before the fifth anniversary".

 2-9           (9)  In Section 2.01 of the bill, in Article 26.90(e),

2-10     Insurance Code, as added by the bill, strike "the effective day"

2-11     and substitute "the effective date".

2-12           (10)  In Section 4.01 of the bill, in Article 3.95-1,

2-13     Insurance Code, in Subdivision (10), as added by the bill, strike

2-14     "a large employer" and substitute "an employer".
