                             HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

 1-1           WHEREAS, House Bill No. 4 has been adopted by the house of

 1-2     representatives and the senate and has been enrolled; and

 1-3           WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be

 1-4     corrected; now, therefore, be it

 1-5           RESOLVED by the 75th Legislature of the State of Texas, That

 1-6     the presiding officers of both houses be permitted to remove their

 1-7     signatures from the enrolled document and that the enrolling clerk

 1-8     of the house of representatives be instructed to correct House Bill

 1-9     No. 4 in SECTION 1.04 of the bill, in added Section 46.003(a),

1-10     Education Code (conference committee report, page 4, line 16), by

1-11     striking "Government Code" and substituting "Government Code,

1-12     divided by 100".
