HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

 1-1           WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 700 has been adopted by the house of

 1-2     representatives and the senate; and

 1-3           WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be

 1-4     corrected; now, therefore, be it

 1-5           RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the senate be hereby

 1-6     instructed to correct Senate Bill No. 700 by removing Subsection

 1-7     (d) from Section 76.603, Property Code, as that subsection was

 1-8     added in the house on third reading by Floor Amendment No. 1, and

 1-9     by inserting that subsection in the bill in Section 76.703,

1-10     Property Code.
