R E S O L U T I O N

 1-1           WHEREAS, On March 2, 1997, Brandon Christopher Garza and

 1-2     Justin Rene Garza celebrated their first birthday, and this happy

 1-3     event is indeed worthy of special praise and recognition; and

 1-4           WHEREAS, Born on Texas Independence Day in 1996, to proud

 1-5     parents Johnnie Joe and Susan Cuellar Garza, Brandon Christopher

 1-6     and Justin Rene have since won the hearts of all who know them, and

 1-7     their radiant smiles and sparkling personalities have ensured them

 1-8     a warm welcome wherever they go in their hometown of Austin; and

 1-9           WHEREAS, Among their greatest admirers are their devoted

1-10     grandparents, Martin Cuellar, Susie Cuellar, Jesus H. Garza, and

1-11     Flora L. Garza, and they also enjoy the affection and regard of

1-12     their older sisters, Amanda Marie Escalante and Sarah Louise

1-13     Escalante; and

1-14           WHEREAS, Blessed with great natural gifts, a close-knit and

1-15     loving family, and a proud Lone Star birthright that will follow

1-16     them throughout their lives, these notable young Texans have indeed

1-17     brightened the lives of everyone around them, and they are a

1-18     tremendous source of joy and delight to their family and many

1-19     admirers; now, therefore, be it

1-20           RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 75th Texas

1-21     Legislature hereby congratulate Brandon Christopher Garza and

1-22     Justin Rene Garza on their first birthday and extend to them

1-23     sincere best wishes for success and happiness in the years to come;

1-24     and, be it further

 2-1           RESOLVED, That official copies of this resolution be prepared

 2-2     for Brandon Christopher Garza and Justin Rene Garza as an

 2-3     expression of high regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
