No. 509 75R10207 SAJ-D R E S O L U T I O N 1-1 WHEREAS, The wedding anniversary of two outstanding Texans 1-2 who have shared 50 happy and rewarding years of marriage is truly 1-3 an occasion worthy of special recognition; and 1-4 WHEREAS, John and Agnes Kollodziej will have the privilege of 1-5 commemorating such a memorable event in their lives when they 1-6 celebrate their golden wedding anniversary on May 6, 1997; and 1-7 WHEREAS, United in matrimony at St. Ann's Catholic Church in 1-8 Kosciusko, the Kollodziejs have nurtured an enduring relationship 1-9 that has grown in love and respect with each passing year and that 1-10 has been blessed with four daughters, Delores Felux, Margie Skloss, 1-11 Paula Sullivan, and Kim Pruski; and 1-12 WHEREAS, Today deservedly enjoying the many benefits of a 1-13 full and active life together, the couple find they now have more 1-14 time to participate in their favorite leisure activities, and they 1-15 treasure the time they spend with their family, which has grown to 1-16 include their children's spouses, Wilbert Felux, Leroy Skloss, John 1-17 Sullivan, and Douglas Pruski, and their beloved grandchildren, Beau 1-18 and Marla Felux; Deanna, Derek, and Dustin Skloss; Devin Sullivan; 1-19 and John Eldren Pruski; and 1-20 WHEREAS, For a half-century, John and Agnes Kollodziej have 1-21 shared a warm and affectionate union filled with many happy times 1-22 and cherished family memories; built on a solid foundation of 1-23 mutual trust and support, their life together is a source of joy 1-24 and inspiration to the friends and family of this fortunate pair; 2-1 now, therefore, be it 2-2 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 75th Texas 2-3 Legislature hereby congratulate John and Agnes Kollodziej on the 2-4 occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary and extend to them 2-5 warmest best wishes for continued happiness; and, be it further 2-6 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 2-7 prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Kollodziej as an expression of high 2-8 regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
