                                 R E S O L U T I O N

 1-1           WHEREAS,  With the observance of his 44th birthday on April

 1-2     2, 1997, Ronald E. Neitzke of Austin will commemorate yet another

 1-3     year of accomplishment in a full and rewarding life; and

 1-4           WHEREAS, A native of San Antonio, Mr. Neitzke earned his

 1-5     bachelor of business administration degree from Texas A&I

 1-6     University in 1978; and

 1-7           WHEREAS, This public-spirited gentleman is well regarded for

 1-8     his service to the Lone Star State and was employed by the Texas

 1-9     Department of Human Services before joining the Texas Department of

1-10     Mental Health and Mental Retardation in 1990, where he is currently

1-11     involved in fixed assets accounting and inventory management and is

1-12     also a member of the department's Safety Committee; and

1-13           WHEREAS, Mr. Neitzke has also served his fellow citizens

1-14     through his involvement with the Civil Air Patrol Auxiliary of the

1-15     United States Air Force, and he greatly enjoys the many close

1-16     friendships he has formed as a member of the Austin Saengerrunde

1-17     German Preservation Society; and

1-18           WHEREAS, He renews his spiritual strength as a parishioner of

1-19     Hyde Park Baptist Church, and he further contributes to the

1-20     religious community as a member of the Sanctuary Choir; and

1-21           WHEREAS, In all aspects of his life, Ronald Neitzke has

1-22     exemplified the highest standards of excellence, achievement, and

1-23     service to others, and at this time, it is indeed fitting that he

1-24     be honored for his many significant contributions to his community

 2-1     and state; now, therefore, be it

 2-2           RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 75th Texas

 2-3     Legislature hereby congratulate Ronald E. Neitzke on the joyous

 2-4     occasion of his 44th birthday and extend to him warmest best wishes

 2-5     for continued happiness and success; and, be it further

 2-6           RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be

 2-7     prepared for Mr. Neitzke as an expression of high regard by the

 2-8     Texas House of Representatives.
