R E S O L U T I O N 1-1 WHEREAS, Anthony Richard Hagale of B.S.A. Troop 2 in Houston 1-2 has completed the requirements necessary to attain the notable rank 1-3 of Eagle Scout; and 1-4 WHEREAS, The son of John and Jes Hagale, he has consistently 1-5 exemplified the high ideals of scouting and shown commendable 1-6 perseverance in the pursuit of his goals; and 1-7 WHEREAS, Receiving the Eagle Scout badge is an extremely rare 1-8 honor, bestowed on only a fraction of those who enter scouting, and 1-9 by successfully fulfilling the rank's criteria, Tony Hagale has 1-10 achieved a truly remarkable feat; and 1-11 WHEREAS, In a traditional ceremony of the Eagle Court of 1-12 Honor befitting his newly attained rank among scouting's elite, 1-13 Eagle Scout Hagale will be awarded his silver insignia on April 27, 1-14 1997, at St. Michael Church in Houston, and it is indeed a 1-15 privilege to recognize him on this significant occasion; now, 1-16 therefore, be it 1-17 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 75th Texas 1-18 Legislature hereby congratulate Anthony Richard Hagale on attaining 1-19 the rank of Eagle Scout and extend to him sincere best wishes for 1-20 continued success and happiness in the future; and, be it further 1-21 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 1-22 prepared for Eagle Scout Hagale as an expression of high regard by 1-23 the Texas House of Representatives.
