R E S O L U T I O N

 1-1           WHEREAS, The work of the House of Representatives during the

 1-2     Regular Session of the 75th Legislature has been greatly enhanced

 1-3     by the diligent efforts of the House Parking Guards; and

 1-4           WHEREAS, These gentlemen provide an essential service to

 1-5     legislators by ensuring that each member's parking space remains

 1-6     reserved and available for use whenever it is needed; and

 1-7           WHEREAS, In addition, the House Parking Guards are also

 1-8     responsible for maintaining an orderly flow of traffic on the

 1-9     Capitol driveways and they are frequently called on to provide

1-10     information to visitors to the Capitol grounds; and

1-11           WHEREAS, This session's highly competent staff includes:

1-12     Louis Lopez, Jr., Warren A. Burt, Frank Wilson, Louis R. Berron,

1-13     William T. Head, Sr., Jose M. Leos, Harry A.  Saathoff, Jr., Ralph

1-14     F. Rios, Joe D. White, and Leroy W. Swyhart; and

1-15           WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives wishes to express

1-16     its sincere gratitude to those gentlemen for their excellent work

1-17     throughout the most recent legislative session; now, therefore, be

1-18     it

1-19           RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 75th Texas

1-20     Legislature hereby commend the House Parking Guards for their

1-21     valuable contributions and extend to them sincere best wishes for

1-22     continued success and happiness; and, be it further

1-23           RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be

1-24     prepared for the House Parking Guards as an expression of high

 2-1     regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
