By Reyna of Bexar H.R. No. 1110 75R16243 SAJ-D R E S O L U T I O N 1-1 WHEREAS, The passing of Charles G. Ynman, Sr., on July 26, 1-2 1996, at the age of 74, brought a great loss to the family and many 1-3 friends of this esteemed San Antonio resident; and 1-4 WHEREAS, A World War II veteran, he retired after 38 years of 1-5 civil service with Kelly Air Force Base, and he maintained his 1-6 commitment to his fellow servicemen as a volunteer with the Audie 1-7 Murphy Veteran's Hospital; and 1-8 WHEREAS, Mr. Ynman was also active in American Legion Post 1-9 No. 2, Sembradores de Amistad, Granaderos de Galvez, the 1-10 International Black & White Ball, and St. Luke Catholic Church, and 1-11 his remarkable commitment earned him the respect and admiration of 1-12 his many friends and neighbors; and 1-13 WHEREAS, Charles Ynman, Sr., touched the lives of many people 1-14 during his years on this earth, and as the first anniversary of his 1-15 passing approaches, it is an opportune time to reflect on his 1-16 admirable deeds; now, therefore, be it 1-17 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 75th Texas 1-18 Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Charles G. Ynman, 1-19 Sr., and extend sincere sympathy to the members of his family: to 1-20 his beloved wife of 53 years, Elida F. Ynman; to his sons and 1-21 daughters-in-law, Charles G. Ynman, Jr., and his wife, Marcia 1-22 Ynman, and Larry R. Ynman, Sr., and his wife, Sylvia Ynman; to his 1-23 grandchildren, Larry R. Ynman, Jr., Stephanie Ynman, April Renberg 1-24 and her husband, Ben Renberg, Joshua Hernandez, Crystal Hernandez, 2-1 and Jacqueline Hernandez; to his sister and brother-in-law, Mary 2-2 and Joe Jasso; to his sister-in-law and her husband, Dora and 2-3 Adolph Hernandez; to his brothers-in-law and their wives, I. B. 2-4 Flores and Linda Burgess, and R. B. and Dora Flores; and to his 2-5 many other friends and relatives; and, be it further 2-6 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 2-7 prepared for the members of his family and that when the Texas 2-8 House of Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of 2-9 Charles G. Ynman, Sr.
