R E S O L U T I O N

 1-1           WHEREAS, August 26, 1997, will indeed be a special day for

 1-2     Austin David Howell and his family, for on that day, he will

 1-3     celebrate his first birthday; and

 1-4           WHEREAS, This significant milestone caps off a year of

 1-5     remarkable change and growth for Mr. Howell, and his parents,

 1-6     Charles Lee Howell III and Rachel Hutchins Howell, have taken great

 1-7     joy in watching their son discover the many wonders of the world

 1-8     around him; and

 1-9           WHEREAS, Austin David is also a continuing delight to his

1-10     proud grandparents, Linda and Chuck Howell and Leonard and Vicky

1-11     Hutchins; and

1-12           WHEREAS, This charming young man was born in Austin; he and

1-13     his parents moved to Fort Bend County where his winning personality

1-14     has made him a welcomed newcomer, and the members of this chamber

1-15     are proud to join his family and many friends as they prepare to

1-16     celebrate a very memorable occasion;  now, therefore, be it

1-17           RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 75th Texas

1-18     Legislature hereby commemorate the first birthday of Austin David

1-19     Howell and extend to him warmest best wishes for success and

1-20     happiness in the future; and, be it further

1-21           RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be

1-22     prepared for Mr. Howell as an expression of high regard by the

1-23     Texas House of Representatives.
