                                 R E S O L U T I O N
 1-1           WHEREAS, The tragic passing of Robert George "Bob" Kramer,
 1-2     Sr., on May 27, 1997, at the age of 69, has brought a great loss to
 1-3     the family and many friends of this distinguished Cedar Park
 1-4     resident; and
 1-5           WHEREAS, Mr. Kramer was born to George and Emma Schott Kramer
 1-6     on February 26, 1928, in New York City; he wed the lovely Mary
 1-7     Franceschi Kramer, and the couple enjoyed a happy and rewarding
 1-8     marriage that was blessed with three children, Linda, Robert, and
 1-9     Jim; and
1-10           WHEREAS, A resident of Central Texas since 1985, Mr. Kramer
1-11     was an active member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church and he
1-12     worked for the betterment of his community as a 4th Degree Knight
1-13     with the Knights of Columbus; he was an avid horseman as well and
1-14     was devoted to his Arabian horse, Piper; and
1-15           WHEREAS, This fine gentleman will be fondly remembered as a
1-16     caring family member, neighbor, and friend who was always willing
1-17     to lend a helping hand to others in need; and
1-18           WHEREAS, Bob Kramer touched the lives of countless
1-19     individuals during his years on this earth, and though his special
1-20     presence will be deeply missed, his memory will long endure in the
1-21     hearts and minds of all who knew and loved him; now, therefore, be
1-22     it
1-23           RESOLVED,  That the House of Representatives of the 75th
1-24     Texas Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Robert George
 2-1     "Bob" Kramer, Sr., and extend deepest sympathy to the members of
 2-2     his family: to his daughter, Linda Hymans and her husband, Allen
 2-3     Hymans; to his sons, Jim Kramer and Robert G. Kramer, Jr., and his
 2-4     wife, Barbara Kramer; to his five grandchildren; and to the many
 2-5     other friends and relatives of this esteemed gentleman; and, be it
 2-6     further
 2-7           RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 2-8     prepared for the members of his family and that when the Texas
 2-9     House of Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of
2-10     Robert George "Bob" Kramer, Sr.
