1-7 (1) "Governing board" has the meaning assigned by

1-21 tenure at the institution;
1-22 (2) the evaluation be based on factors determined by
1-23 the governing board, including but not limited to the teaching,

2-14 member tenured at the institution as of the effective date of this
2-15 Act by January 1, 2004.
2-16 SECTION 3. This Act takes effect January 1, 1998.
2-17 SECTION 4. The importance of this legislation and the

2-19 emergency and an imperative public necessity that the
2-20 constitutional rule requiring bills to be read on three several
2-21 days in each house be suspended, and this rule is hereby suspended.
