1-10 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
1-11 SECTION 1. Section 7, Chapter 715, Acts of the 59th

1-13 Texas Civil Statutes), is amended to read as follows:
1-14 Sec. 7. At the first meeting of the Board after this Act

1-29 consist of not less than six (6) [eight (8)] members. All regular
1-30 and special meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held as
1-31 provided for by the bylaws and notice of all such meetings shall be

1-33 SECTION 2. The importance of this legislation and the
1-34 crowded condition of the calendars in both houses create an
1-35 emergency and an imperative public necessity that the

1-38 and that this Act take effect and be in force from and after its
