SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

 1-1           WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 251 has passed the Texas Senate and

 1-2     the Texas House of Representatives and is now in the office of the

 1-3     governor; and

 1-4           WHEREAS, A clerical correction needs to be made in S.B. No.

 1-5     251; now, therefore, be it

 1-6           RESOLVED by the 75th Legislature, That the governor be hereby

 1-7     requested to return Senate Bill No. 251 to the senate for such

 1-8     clerical correction; and, be it further

 1-9           RESOLVED, That the action of the President of the Senate and

1-10     the Speaker of the House in signing Senate Bill No. 251 be declared

1-11     null and void and that the two presiding officers be authorized to

1-12     remove their signatures from the enrolled bill; and, be it further

1-13           RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the senate be

1-14     instructed to delete "chapter" and substitute "article" on page 2,

1-15     line 7, of the enrolled bill.
