SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 1-1 WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 1913 has passed the Texas Senate and 1-2 the Texas House of Representatives and is now in the office of the 1-3 governor; and 1-4 WHEREAS, Further consideration of the bill by the senate and 1-5 the house of representatives is necessary; now, therefore, be it 1-6 RESOLVED by the 75th Legislature, That the governor be hereby 1-7 requested to return Senate Bill No. 1913 to the senate for further 1-8 consideration; and, be it further 1-9 RESOLVED, That the action of the President of the Senate and 1-10 the Speaker of the House in signing Senate Bill No. 1913 be 1-11 declared null and void and that the two presiding officers be 1-12 authorized to remove their signatures from the enrolled bill. _______________________________ _______________________________ President of the Senate Speaker of the House I hereby certify that S.C.R.
