SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

 1-1           WHEREAS, House Joint Resolution No. 104 has passed the Texas

 1-2     House of Representatives and the Texas Senate and has been signed

 1-3     by the Speaker of the House; and

 1-4           WHEREAS, Further consideration of the resolution by the

 1-5     senate is necessary; now, therefore, be it

 1-6           RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Texas, the House of

 1-7     Representatives concurring, That the senate hereby respectfully

 1-8     requests the house to return House Joint Resolution No. 104 to the

 1-9     senate for further consideration; and, be it further

1-10           RESOLVED, That the action of the Speaker of the House in

1-11     signing House Joint Resolution No. 104 be declared null and void

1-12     and that the speaker be authorized to remove his signature from the

1-13     resolution.
