                            SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

 1-1           WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 359 has been adopted by the senate

 1-2     and the house of representatives; and

 1-3           WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that need

 1-4     correction; now, therefore, be it

 1-5           RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the senate be

 1-6     instructed to correct Senate Bill No. 359 as follows:

 1-7           (1)  In SECTION 64 of the bill, in Subdivision (7),

 1-8     Subsection (b), Section 261.004, Family Code, as added by the bill,

 1-9     strike the reference to "Subdivision (5)" and substitute

1-10     "Subdivision (6)".

1-11           (2)  In SECTION 79 of the bill, in Section 262.2015, Family

1-12     Code, as added by the bill, strike "Subchapter C, Chapter 263" and

1-13     substitute "Subchapter D, Chapter 263".

1-14           (3)  In SECTION 105 of the bill, in Subsection (e), strike

1-15     "Section 111" and substitute "Section 106".

1-16           (4)  In SECTION 108 of the bill, in Subsection (a), strike

1-17     "Sections 81 and 82 and Sections 84 through 94" and substitute

1-18     "Sections 76 and 77 and Sections 80 through 90".

1-19           (5)  In SECTION 108 of the bill, in Subsection (b), strike

1-20     "Sections 81 and 82 and Sections 84 through 94" and substitute

1-21     "Sections 76 and 77 and Sections 80 through 90".
