No. 356 1-2 SENATE RESOLUTION 1-3 WHEREAS, Loyal citizens of the City of Pharr journey to the 1-4 State Capitol on Thursday, March 20, 1997, to pay tribute to their 1-5 beloved city; and 1-6 WHEREAS, Established in 1909, the city is named after 1-7 Henry N.
