1-1 SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 783 1-2 WHEREAS, After years of dedication, hard work, and 1-3 perseverance, Britt Luneborg of Dallas, Texas, will graduate 1-4 from the Texas School for the Deaf on May 23, 1997, at 7:30 p.m. 1-5 on the Rudy Gamblin Football Field in Austin, Texas; and 1-6 WHEREAS, The family and friends of this bright student are 1-7 justly proud of Britt's outstanding achievement; and 1-8 WHEREAS, In completing the requirements for graduating from 1-9 this highly esteemed school, Britt brings great distinction to 1-10 himself, his family, his community, and his state; and 1-11 WHEREAS, Upon graduating from the Texas School for the Deaf, 1-12 he embarks on an adventure into a world that holds countless exciting 1-13 opportunities for him; and 1-14 WHEREAS, A beloved student of this worthy institution, Britt 1-15 will be missed by his fellow students and faculty members, who are 1-16 fortunate in having the benefit of his friendship; and 1-17 WHEREAS, Britt is truly a shining example to all who know him; 1-18 and 1-19 WHEREAS, It is a pleasure for the Texas Senate to recognize 1-20 the exceptional accomplishments of this young gentleman, who has 1-21 equipped himself with skills which will enable him to take full 1-22 advantage of all that the future holds for him; now, therefore, 1-23 be it 2-1 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 2-2 75th Legislature, commend and applaud the great achievement of 2-3 this distinguished young Texan; and, be it further 2-4 RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for 2-5 Britt Luneborg as an expression of great admiration and respect from 2-6 the Texas Senate with best wishes for much success in the years to 2-7 come. 2-8 Cain 2-9 ______________________________________ 2-10 President of the Senate 2-11 I hereby certify that the above 2-12 Resolution was adopted by the Senate 2-13 on May 20, 1997. 2-14 ______________________________________ 2-15 Secretary of the Senate 2-16 ______________________________________ 2-17 Member, Texas Senate
