1-1 SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 804 1-2 WHEREAS, Anna Grace Davenport has diligently completed a high 1-3 school home course of study including English, mathematics, history, 1-4 law, medicine, science, and Biblical studies under the guidance of 1-5 the Advanced Training Institute of Oak Brook, Illinois; and 1-6 WHEREAS, Anna has developed her communication skills through 1-7 drama, creative writing, and mime; and 1-8 WHEREAS, Anna has demonstrated determination to develop her 1-9 education in the home school arena as well as through opportunities 1-10 in the Advanced Training Institute; and 1-11 WHEREAS, This capable young lady has shown herself to be 1-12 responsible and faithful in carrying out her duties of teaching 1-13 and ministering to troubled youths and their families; and 1-14 WHEREAS, She can face the future with full confidence 1-15 knowing that God, Who has prepared her, will continue to lead 1-16 her and enable her to fulfill God's purpose for her life; and 1-17 WHEREAS, Anna has learned to sincerely relate to friends 1-18 of all ages, showing sensitivity and compassion while encouraging 1-19 them with consistent joyfulness; and 1-20 WHEREAS, Anna has already begun to grow in missionary zeal 1-21 through local and international efforts; now, therefore, be it 1-22 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 1-23 75th Legislature, hereby extend sincere congratulations to 2-1 Anna Grace Davenport on her graduation and extend best wishes 2-2 to her for continued success in her future endeavors; and, be 2-3 it further 2-4 RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for 2-5 Anna as a memento of this important milestone in her life. 2-6 Patterson 2-7 ______________________________________ 2-8 President of the Senate 2-9 I hereby certify that the above 2-10 Resolution was adopted by the Senate 2-11 on May 21, 1997. 2-12 ______________________________________ 2-13 Secretary of the Senate 2-14 ______________________________________ 2-15 Member, Texas Senate
