1-1                          SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 805

        1-2           WHEREAS, After years of dedication, work, and perseverance,

        1-3     Chandra Christine Travelstead is to be congratulated on the

        1-4     auspicious occasion of her high school graduation; and

        1-5           WHEREAS, Schooled at home, Chandra has completed her high

        1-6     school studies in a most scholarly manner; and

        1-7           WHEREAS, The family and friends of the bright young student

        1-8     are justly proud of her outstanding achievement; and

        1-9           WHEREAS, A student with many varying interests, Chandra

       1-10     is artistic and enjoys singing and photography; a dependable

       1-11     employee, she also enjoys baby-sitting; and

       1-12           WHEREAS, Her schooling has helped enhance some of the most

       1-13     important aspects of her personality; she is responsible, generous,

       1-14     independent, courageous, loyal, determined, and outspoken; and

       1-15           WHEREAS, An exemplary student, Chandra embarks on an

       1-16     adventure into a world which has countless exciting opportunities;

       1-17     and

       1-18           WHEREAS, It is a pleasure for the Texas Senate to recognize

       1-19     the exceptional accomplishments of this remarkable young lady who

       1-20     has equipped herself with skills enabling her to take full

       1-21     advantage of all that the future holds for her; now, therefore,

       1-22     be it

       1-23           RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,

        2-1     75th Legislature, hereby commend and applaud the great

        2-2     accomplishment of Chandra Christine Travelstead; and, be it further

        2-3           RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for this

        2-4     distinguished Texan as an expression of the great admiration and

        2-5     respect of the Texas Senate.
