In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB16 ( Relating 
to authority of the comptroller to enter certain agreements 
with credit card issuers benefitting state parks.) this office 
has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB16-As Introduced
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 
 Texas Parks and Wildlife Department estimates an increase in 
revenues to State Parks Account 064 of $15,000 per year.
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
 
Similar annual fiscal implications would continue as long as 
the provisions of the bill are in effect.
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
