 liability for injury arising from a motor vehicle accident to a driver who 
 fails to maintain financial responsibility.) this office has detemined the 
 following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB18-As Introduced
         
             No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
