In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB21 ( Relating 
to liability for the donation of drugs and medical devices to 
certain nonprofit organizations.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB21-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
