In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB39 ( Relating 
to a prohibition of discrimination in the determination of eligibility 
for employment, occupational licenses, and coverage under certain 
health benefit plans based on the use of certain genetic tests 
and to limitations on the use of information derived from those 
tests.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB39-Conference Committee Report
