In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB40 ( Relating 
to the use of certain information regarding a current or former 
employee.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB40-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  
         
The bill does not require action by a state agency.
         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. 
 The bill does not require any monitoring or enforcement action 
by a political subdivision or local government agnency.
