In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB43 ( Relating 
to the impoundment of the motor vehicles of certain persons 
convicted of the offense of driving while a driver's license 
is suspended or revoked.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB43-Committee Report 1st House, as amended
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.
