In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB51 ( Relating 
to requiring a declaration of write-in candidacy in an election 
for the members of the governing body of a junior college district 
or the board of a hospital district. ) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB51-Committee Report 2nd House, as amended
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal impact on local governments is anticipated.
