         In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB120 ( Relating to
a physician's treatment of acute or chronic pain.) this office has detemined
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB120-As Introduced
         
             No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  This bill
specifically acknowledges that physicians within the scope of their practice
are allowed to prescribe dangerous drugs to categories of patients who suffer
from acute and chronic pain.
         
         
         
 
          
             No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
