"Pete" Laney IN RE: House Bill No. 251, As Passed 2nd House Speaker of the House Cuellar House of Representatives Austin, Texas FROM: John Keel, Director In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB251 ( Relating to creating a license for the storage of imported beer, ale, and malt liquor.) this office has detemined the following: Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB251-As Passed 2nd House No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission expects to sell two or three storage licenses for additional revenue of $400 to $600 per year.
